A busy company secretarial function within a pensions company is actively seeking an addition to the team, initially on a contract basis.
This role will require you to ensure that the group companies operate within the regulatory,
contractual and company framework in accordance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to the growth of the company, its culture and principles by maintaining and developing existing and future governance schedule, policies and procedures. You will carry out administration processes associated with board governance to include planning, attending meetings and taking minutes and you will be required to act as Deputy on occasions. You will prepare Companies House filings and ensure that all papers are delivered to a high standard in a timely manner and must be prepared work on and run companywide ad hoc projects.
