Our client is a highly acquisitive financial services business which operates across a wide range of markets. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level employment lawyer with a strong background in financial services to take the lead on the SMCR project as well as working with the close-knit employment team on ongoing matters.
With good academics and solid law firm training you will have a good sense of orientation around financial services organisations and in particular the issues relating to the Senior Managers Regime. This could have been gained via previous in-house experience or potentially through a financial services client base in private practice. You will be pro-active and keen to get stuck in with at least 3 years pqe.
