This innovative banking & financial services group has a great name in the market. They have a substantial global presence whilst managing to maintain an entrepreneurial feel. Due to a maternity leave they are looking to hire a proactive employment lawyer for a 13 month fixed term contract to start in April or early May. You will be joining the supportive Employee Relations team and will provide legal and regulatory advice on the whole employee lifecycle as well as getting involved in various ongoing projects across EMEA.
This role will best suit a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ pqe and a keen interest in ER. You will be a proactive self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Prior exposure to the financial services sector and in particular the SMCR regime will strongly benefit your application.
