We’re currently seeking a finance lawyer for a 6 month maternity cover contract within the London office of an overseas bank. The responsibilities will be wide ranging and include commercial and technology contracts, NDAs consultancy agreements and some company secretarial support as well as general banking matters such as facility letters. Any derivatives experience would also be helpful but not essential.
Working in a small office of around 140 people you will be joining a very friendly legal team with lots of close working and interaction where employees are looked after. You should be available to start within a month to be considered for this opportunity.
