A rare opportunity has arisen for a business focused finance lawyer to join the small legal team which sits on the award winning Fund Finance desk. Truly part of the front office team your role will focus on structuring and execution of fund finance and NAV finance transactions – your job will be a true mix of legal and deal doing/execution.
With at least 4 years’ pqe gained in a top law firm, you will be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills and a strong grounding in banking/finance transactional work. With a common sense approach to problem solving you will be practical and pragmatic and able to manage multiple matters at once. Specific experience in fund finance and/or NAV finance or leveraged finance will make your application stand out.
