Front Office Lawyer – Leveraged Finance

Our client is a mid-sized bank with a strong reputation in its chosen specialist areas.  With a progressive culture and high staff retention rates, they are renowned for being a great employer.  A rare opportunity has arisen for a business focused banking lawyer to join the small legal team which sits on the Leveraged Finance desk.  Truly part of the front office team your role will focus on structuring and execution of leveraged finance and broader general banking transactions.

With at least 1 year pqe gained in a top law firm, you will be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills and a strong grounding in banking transactional work. Specific experience in leveraged finance and/or ABL will make your application stand out.
