Our client is a substantial US asset management house with a strong global presence. As the business continues to grow they are looking to bring their first Employment lawyer into the London office. This is a truly global role with your primary focus being on EMEA and Asia Pac. Taking a lead role in key projects such as SMCR, working time regulations and remuneration issues, you will have the communication and influencing skills to guide key stakeholders across the business and work with HR on strategic initiatives as well as keeping on top of polices and processes on an ongoing basis.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced employment lawyer with at least 10 years’ pqe and a strong global advisory expertise. You will be used to advising different jurisdictions on complex issues. Previous in-house experience at a global company is strongly preferred.
