This highly profitable US asset manager is well known for its collegiate culture.  Over the last 5 years it can boast very impressive European growth.  The legal team pride themselves on providing high quality, seamless and efficient legal services to the business.  Due to an internal move a vacancy has arisen for an experienced and ambitious lawyer to report directly to the European GC and lead a team of four spanning regulated funds and derivatives/trading work.

With at least 10 years’ pqe, you will have proven management experience, a strong background in derivatives/trading advisory and a solid understanding of regulated funds, in particular UCITS.  With the gravitas and credibility to influence stakeholders at a senior level, you will be excited by the opportunity to join a growing business where you can help shape continued growth and development of the legal team.
