A rapidly expanding and profitable bank is currently seeking an additional lawyer to support it’s growth plans. This role would suit someone looking to retain a broad skill set who is interested in moving into the FinTech space. The majority of work would be a fairly even split of commercial and regulatory and you would be expected to get up and running quite quickly. There would be an option to be the lead lawyer on regulatory matters, and there is some really interesting work in the pipeline including a rebranding project and some M&A work. You will always be supported by a friendly and experienced team.
Hybrid working is on offer with a minimum of 2 days in the London office. We are flexible on years of experience but you should have good training as well as some financial services experience, ideally in-house. Any retail banking or payments experience would be a plus but is not essential.
