A collection of insurance companies experiencing significant growth via acquisition is looking to extend it’s support for the business by hiring an additional lawyer. With insurance and reinsurance brands, a managing agency and UK insurance company, the role can offer a great deal of variety as you support the various entities. As a Claims Lawyer you will be sat in the legal department handling claims files with a focus on financial institutions, professional indemnity and directors and officers. You will work cohesively with the Senior Claims Counsel to conduct deep dive reviews, work on special projects, and monitor historic claims, managing large loss litigation. You will oversee litigation being managed on claims team and be an in-house point of contact for the claims specialists.
