This large global asset management firm has a substantial London office and a well-regarded legal team. A vacancy has arisen for lawyer to cover a maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract, to start in late November/early December. You will take responsibility for complex IMA negotiations as well as working with the team on broader commercial and regulatory matters. Offering you considerable interaction with the business from the outset, this role will suit a confident and competent lawyer with strong relationship building skills.
With at least 8 years’ pqe, you will be comfortable drafting and negotiating IMAs. As well as working on high quality, challenging matters you will be able to benefit from a positive working environment including a healthy approach to work/life balance.
