A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level lawyer with a strong background in investment management to take on a truly diverse role advising on a range of asset management matters globally including complex IMAs and related fund documentation as well as regulatory projects.
With at least 4 years’ pqe you will have a good understanding of IMAs and related asset management work and a solid private practice training. Candidates still in a law firm or those currently in-house will equally be considered. However it is important that you have good negotiation skills, the desire to undertake a varied role and continue learning as well as a proactive approach to building relationships across the business.
