ISDA Negotiator, Buyside

Our client is an international asset management house with a substantial London office and a well-regarded legal team.  They are currently looking to hire an ISDA negotiator to join the team.  Working closely with the Senior Derivatives Lawyers your remit will involve providing legal support across all business areas in relation to all aspects of the sell-side relationships and documentation with a particular focus on ISDA and GMRA master agreements, REPOs and Clearing Agreements.

With at least 3 years relevant experience the ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills keen to build relationships across the business from an early stage.  You will have a commercial approach and the desire to juggle a varied workload.  With a good understanding of ISDA and related documentation gained either in-house or in a law firm, this will suit a lawyer who is eager to build on this experience and expand on your responsibilities within a very supportive team.
