This boutique international financial services company has a presence across Europe and a close knit London office in the heart of the West End. A vacancy has arisen within the legal team. You will be based out of the London office but there is considerable flexibility with regards to working from home and you will only need to come into the office occasionally. For the right candidate there is also the possibility of a fully remote role so applicants from across the UK can be considered.
Working closely with two more experienced lawyers your varied responsibilities will be broadly company commercial and trusts/private client law in nature including drafting, reviewing and negotiating the whole spectrum of commercial agreements and drafting and advising on trusts deeds and documentation. This will best suit a junior lawyer or experienced paralegal or legal exec with a background in commercial, trusts or private client law and the desire to take on a more varied workload. You will be well organised and adaptable; able to pick up new things quickly and build strong relationships with stakeholders in different geographical locations.
