This data-driven hedge fund is headquartered in the US and has a substantial European presence. A vacancy has arisen for a London-based junior lawyer to join the international legal team. With considerable exposure to senior members of the business your focus will be funds and investments legal work, ranging from IMAs and side letters to managing transactions and setting up funds.
This challenging and exciting opportunity will be a perfect move for a bright and commercially minded lawyer who is private practice trained and between NQ and 2 years’ PQE. The ideal candidate will have prior funds/investments experience and the ability to learn quickly to expand your expertise. Junior corporate lawyers can also be considered so long as you have a proven interest in funds. You will be proactive, energetic and collaborative with the desire to take on a varied role in-house.
