A very exciting role is available for an ambitious junior regulatory lawyer interested in moving into the ESG space. As this is a new role, the position is likely to evolve but you can expect it to include support on ESG strategic initiatives, creating templates and guidance documentation, and reviewing legal issues. You will provide training and guidance to teams around the organisation and become a go-to subject matter expert.
Whilst we are looking for someone with knowledge of ESG, we are not looking for a senior lawyer or an expert. Around 2-4 years’ experience would be most suitable, and it is likely that you will be currently working in the regulatory team of a top City law firm or at another financial institution. You will have worked on ESG considerations or have experience of ESG products.
