A vacancy has arisen for a lawyer within this established London-based fintech with a great team and an award-winning culture. Working closely with the GC you will form strong relationships with senior stakeholders and be the first point of contact for most day to day legal matters across the business. You will truly have a broad view of everything with a legal component and your varied responsibilities will include data protection, contracts, product advisory, and consumer credit.
The ideal candidate will be a mid-level lawyer with a good understanding of financial services and a pro-active can-do approach. Commercial acumen and prior in-house experience is essential although this could have been gained via a relevant secondment. You will have a passion for fintech and the desire to learn quickly and expand upon your experience. Relevant data protection and/or consumer credit experience would strongly benefit your application.
