This prestigious organisation is looking to hire a confident lawyer with a commercial skill set to cover a maternity leave from early 2022. You will be working on a broad spread of matters as you assist the various businesses that the team partners with across the financial services and charity sectors. As part of a strong and high profile team you will be expected to forge your own business relationships, quickly slot in and take ownership over your work. You may be working on grants and contracts, advising on strategy and policy, but much of the work will be supporting operations from building matters, to people, IT contracts and trading subsidiaries.
Directly relevant experience is not essential as it is expected that much of the skill set is transferable for a commercial lawyer. You should be at least 2 years qualified to be considered for this role with strong experience from private practice or in-house.
