Legal Structurer – Investment Banking

Our client is a European investment bank with a full service offering.  They place a high value on legal training and have lawyers operating in various business roles across the bank.  A vacancy has arisen for a junior lawyer to join the front office repack desk and use your legal analytical skills to advise on structuring transactions along with a close knit team of structurers from finance, operations and credit backgrounds.

With at least 1 year pqe ,you will have gained experience in working on structured finance transactions, including repackagings,  either at a major law firm or another investment bank so you will have a strong understanding of SPV transactional documentation.  Prior knowledge of the SPIRE platform will strongly benefit your application.  With a pro-active, solutions focused approach you will have very good communications skills and enjoy problem solving.
