Litigation Lawyer

A boutique, market leading financial services firm are currently looking to a hire a litigation lawyer to work with a highly proficient team of restructuring and insolvency lawyers in order to recover debts owed to insolvent and solvent companies, primarily in the construction industry.

As a market leader in this space, the team work in an innovative and creative way and have recently experienced great success. They now require the additional expertise of a litigation lawyer to continue to grow in their fast paced market, in a role focussed on running adjudications. This is a tight knit, hardworking team which bonds well and celebrates combined efforts, despite much of the team working flexibly, and we are therefore looking for someone who is a true team player. Construction experience is not required although will be beneficial.

Suitable applicants should be at least 2 years qualified although more senior applications will also be welcome. Remote working is encouraged although some group meetings in the office will be required post pandemic. Part time working will also be considered.
