Real Estate Finance Lawyer, Mid-Sized International Bank

This international banking group has retained an innovative and entrepreneurial approach as they have grown. They are currently looking to recruit a real estate finance lawyer to join the well regarded legal team.

Sitting with the close-knit legal division and continually interacting with the commercial teams, your role will involve advising on all aspects of real estate finance from drafting and negotiating documentation to advising the business on investment decisions and transaction execution.  You will also be providing ad-hoc legal advice to the private client lending teams.

This opportunity will suit a real estate finance lawyer with a practical, pragmatic approach and at least 4 years’ pqe including a good law firm training and a solid understanding of LMA documentation.  You will be commercially minded enough to use your technical expertise and judgements to make sounds decisions with the communication skills to forge strong relationships with your key stakeholders from day one.
