A mission focussed and rapidly expanding fintech is currently seeking a regulatory lawyer to join it’s in-house legal team. Working for a bank that focus on cross border B2B payments in Africa and South America, they have an impressive client base of large banks and government organisations. The role will require you to support the expansion of the business in terms of product and jurisdiction and become a subject matter expert in relevant regulation such as FSMA, MAR, PSD2/PSRs, MiFID and GDPR, also being responsible for horizon scanning. You will be involved in wider legal matters as part of a small team and will liaise with other senior stakeholders such as the Head of Risk and Head of Compliance.
We are seeking someone at least 2 years qualified for this role with working knowledge of the appropriate regulations. Ideally you will have some in-house experience in a fast-moving environment.
