Reporting into the CEO, and with a dotted line to the Head of Group Legal you will take responsibility for supporting the business with their day to day legal requirements along with a junior lawyer and an experienced paralegal who will both report directly into you.

With at least 7 years’ pqe you will be a capable private funds lawyer with private equity and infrastructure experience.  You will be a robust self-starter with excellent technical skills and a commercial approach.  A strong communicator, you will be proactive in building relationships across the business from day one.
