A vacancy has arisen for a funds lawyer to join the team on a 12 month fixed team contract. You will focus on regulated funds: liaising with Sales & Marketing at the beginning of the process to drafting and amending fund documentation, interacting with the regulator through to launch.
With at least 6 years’ pqe’, you will be a technically strong funds lawyer with a good grounding in UCITS and or AIFs. Previous exposure to Irish funds and/or LDIs would make your application particularly stand out. You will be a strong communicator and a doer who loves getting involved in a wide range of work and thrives on unlocking complex issues.
This will suit an enthusiastic, ambitious lawyer who is able to work autonomously and join a business that is committed to continued success.
