This large global asset management firm has a substantial London office and a well-regarded legal team. A vacancy has arisen for senior lawyer to take responsibility for complex IMA negotiations as well as working with the team on broader commercial and regulatory matters. Offering you considerable interaction with the business from the outset, this role will suit a confident and competent lawyer with strong relationship building skills.
With at least 8 years pqe, you will be smart and engaging with a strong academic background and solid law firm training. Previous experience of drafting and negotiating IMAs would be strongly preferred but a motivated and committed corporate or commercial lawyer with a experience gained in the investment management sector would certainly be seriously considered.
