Trading/Derivatives Lawyer – Buyside

Our client is an international asset management house with a substantial London office and a well-regarded legal team.  They are currently looking to hire a trading/derivatives lawyer to join the team.  Your remit will involve providing legal support across all business areas in relation to all aspects of the sell-side relationships and documentation with a particular focus on ISDA and GMRA master agreements, REPOs and Clearing Agreements.

With at least 5 years’ relevant experience the ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer who is a team player with strong communication skills keen to build relationships across the business from an early stage.  You will have a commercial approach and the desire to juggle a varied workload.  With a good understanding of ISDA and related documentation gained either in-house or in a law firm, this will suit a lawyer who is eager to build on this experience and expand on your responsibilities within a very supportive team.
