A vacancy has arisen for a lawyer to join the Trading and Markets team, providing legal support to Derivatives & Securities Finance trading and investment activity as well as the portfolio management function. Your varied responsibilities will include the drafting & negotiating of legal documentation for derivatives, custody, futures, clearing and prime brokerage.
With circa 1-4 years’ pqe you will be bright and commercially minded with the drive to make an impact from an early stage. With a good grounding in ISDA/derivatives and/or prime brokerage, you will also be keen to learn new things, influence stakeholders and get to grips with complex legal issues.
