This is a great opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to move in-house, and to work with an impressive legal team in a fast paced environment. As a growing conglomerate you should expect to work on a large number of big ticket as well as smaller bespoke acquisitions. You will be working closely with external counsel at the top law firms, directly overseen by the General Counsel. As well as strategic M&A deals, you will be involved in corporate restructurings, associated commercial contracts, and ongoing corporate support matters in a legal team that is highly respected and critical to the business.
Buyside M&A experience is highly desirable for our client and you should be able to cope in a high-pressure environment. Long hours are not required as the business is very happy to invest in legal and ensure employees are looked after. You will be expected to be solutions focussed and add value to help the business get the desired outcomes. A lucrative salary is on offer for someone between 2 and 5 years qualified with strong academics and good City training.
