Transactional Lawyer, Investment Fund

This US asset management house has a well- established London office based in the heart of the West End.  They are currently recruiting for transactional lawyer with a financial services background to join the well regarded legal team.  This varied role will enable you to build on your transactional experience as well as getting involved in private markets investment funds work.

It will suit a quick learner with strong communication skills and the desire to get stuck in quickly to a broad role.  Private equity experience or wider investment management experience will make your application stand out.  With at least 7 years’ pqe you will have gained strong corporate transactional experience in a top law firm where you have had exposure to a financial services client base.

The successful candidate will benefit from joining a supportive team who are well regarded in the business for their commercial approach.
