You will play a key role in M&A activity, building strong relationships across the business. Our client is seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 1-3 years’ experience, ideally from a top law firm and possibly with some in-house experience at a start-up or scale-up. You should have experience supporting transactions, managing due diligence processes, and assisting with the legal elements of company secretarial work. Familiarity with shareholder agreements and corporate governance is essential. Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be capable of operating at pace.
