This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit legal team in a transactional M&A role offering you great opportunities to continue to develop your skill set within a supportive environment.  Based in the heart of the City this highly acquisitive financial services business operates across a wide range of markets.  A new vacancy has arisen for a corporate M&A lawyer with circa 2-3 years’ pqe to work on acquisitions.

With good academics and solid training at a leading law firm, you will be looking for a new challenge where you can build and expand on your experience in a transactional role.  With a good grounding in M&A within the financial services sector, you will be keen to build strong relationships and work closely with the business from day one.
