A rare opportunity is available for an insolvency litigator looking to make the move in-house. We are looking for someone mid to senior level lawyer to join a boutique market leading financial services company focussed on recovering debts owed to insolvent and solvent construction companies. As a market leader in this space, the team work in an innovative and creative way and are experiencing great success. This is a tight knit, hardworking team which bonds well and celebrates combined efforts, despite much of the team working flexibly. This hire needs to be a true team player!

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience of practical and traditional insolvency (rather than restructuring), preferably contentious. The team do 2 days a week in the Central London office and part time will also be considered.
