Our client, a London branch of a European bank, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers the chance to work on a broad spectrum of high-end transactions, including project finance, leverage finance, trade finance, social housing and sustainability-linked loans. With a flexible hybrid working model, this position provides an excellent work-life balance, allowing you to manage your time effectively and enjoy a supportive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. This role requires a general lending lawyer who can handle a variety of tasks, from basic syndicated lending to more sophisticated transactions. You should be comfortable working independently and efficiently, without the need for extensive training, and be approachable to the business.
