Join a boutique insolvency business in a dynamic role which offers the chance to work on some high value cases while being part of a supportive and innovative team. With a caseload of mostly construction insolvencies, you will be collaborating with top-tier insolvency practitioners. With a focus on speed and efficiency, this position promises a fast-paced environment where your efforts are recognised and rewarded.

Our client seeks a Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience in general commercial litigation. Insolvency experience desirable but not essential, but strong organisational and case management skills are crucial. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, capable of handling their own caseload, and experienced in alternative dispute resolution. This role is perfect for someone from a smaller firm with volume litigation experience who is eager to join a market-leading company that values meritocracy and personal development.
