An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join a high-performing, fast-growing financial services business with an international footprint.
This is a broad, strategic in-house role offering exposure across global commercial contracts, procurement, and key business initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a central role in supporting a business undergoing significant growth and transformation.

Key highlights:
• Wide-ranging commercial contracts work (beyond pure BAU)
• Involvement in strategic projects and global initiatives
• Collaborative, high-trust environment with strong stakeholder exposure

About you:
• 5–10 PQE (flexible for the right profile)
• Strong commercial contracts background (FS exposure and private practice training beneficial)
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

A genuinely supportive team culture, sensible working environment, and excellent work–life balance make this a standout opportunity.
