In-house Lawyer, Commercial

Back to vacancies

Our client is a fast-growing global financial services group whose metals business has grown consistently in recent years both organically and through acquisition.  As the business continues to expand they are looking to hire a junior lawyer to join the commercial legal team.

Working closely with the traders negotiating terms and providing practical advice; you will support them specifically with commercial contracts and trading agreements including ISDAs.

This role will most likely suit a solicitor at NQ to 1 PQE with strong commercial experience. Commodities, broker or LME experience is an advantage but not essential. Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to engage with a demanding, client-focused business matter most.

This is an exciting role for a junior commercial lawyer to join a collaborative team in a fast moving business offering strong training and a steep learning curve.
