A regional financial services organisation is seeking a talented lawyer who is available to help with a particularly heavy workload on a contract basis. Work will include loans and LMA documentation as well as supporting the treasury team on secured and unsecured lending and bond issues. The position is to start as soon as possible and expected to run at least until the end of year.
This opportunity could suit a relatively junior lawyer with general banking and capital markets experience from top tier firms. There is an option to work on a largely remote basis. Alternatively, for someone more local who could get into the office, our client would consider someone from a purely lending background. Any knowledge of ISDA documentation will be helpful. but not essential.
