Are you a seasoned legal professional with a passion for mergers and acquisitions? Our client is seeking a Corporate Litigation Specialist to join their dynamic business. This role offers a unique blend of business and legal responsibilities, providing an unparalleled opportunity to work on high-stakes corporate deals across Europe. You will be the face of the organisation in Europe, interacting with top-level executives and playing a pivotal role in post-closing activities.

Our client is looking for a litigation or dispute resolution lawyer with approximately at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally from a reputable law firm. A good understanding of M&A is essential, with the ability to read and interpret complex merger agreements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy. This role is based in Amsterdam, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates in London.
