Looking for a commercial lawyer role where the work is high quality and the mission matters?
My client, a not-for-profit financial services company, is hiring a Legal Counsel to advise on commercial and investment contracts as well as work on general commercial in-house matters such as procurement, investment, litigation, and data protection law. This position offers the chance to influence key business decisions and working closely with senior leadership and external advisers whilst drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.

You will get:
• exposure to senior stakeholders in a small, collaborative legal team.
• experience in the highly regulated financial services sector
• to work on complex commercial and investment agreements.
• to work for a mission-driven organisation with strong work-life balance.

We’re looking for a lawyer with around 4–6 years’ PQE, strong commercial contracts experience, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. Some financial services experience will be valued (insurance or pensions helpful, but not essential).
