A busy legal department is looking to hire a commercial lawyer to cover a maternity leave. Working for a top brand in insurance you will be part of a high calibre, collegiate team and will have experienced people to work with. The focus of your work will be commercial deals and partnership projects. This will include supplier contracts, intercompany agreements, and distribution agreements.

The successful applicant could be at any level of experience but should have good quality training either in a law firm or in-house. Some experience of insurance would be a positive but not essential, presuming your CV demonstrates you can handle different types of commercial contracts. You could have a background in corporate, commercial or insurance law. Personality will be really important for this role as they have a really positive team of people who really work well together.

This position is only suitable for applicants looking for a contract position. There is no presenteeism culture, and an excellent working culture.
