A financial organisation with a social purpose, great culture and genuinely lovely people is looking to recruit and additional commercial lawyer to the small legal team. The vacancy is targeted at lawyers around the 4 or 5 year qualified mark, who are senior enough to deal directly and autonomously with the business but are still keen to learn and develop. The role will primarily deal with commercial contracts but will be very wide ranging, as the team deal with a variety of matters that come into the growing legal inbox, including data protection, regulatory matters, employment and low level litigation.
This organisation is based South of London but the role will suit someone who requires lots of homeworking as they only require one day a week in the office. Commercial contracts experience is essential, and ideally you will have some in-house experience although this could be a secondment. Any financial services or regulated experience would be a plus.
