This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to join a rapidly growing business in a deals focused role.  As part of a team of 3 specialist finance lawyers you will be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into a broad diet of cross-border work from running deals to drafting the related documentation as well as providing general legal advice.

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE and a background in transactional banking and finance with some prior exposure to real estate finance.   You will be a strong team player keen to get stuck in and build new relationships as well as someone who loves solving problems and digs deep to find innovative solutions.

This dynamic role will allow you the opportunity to benefit from an excellent quality of work, great career prospects and a supportive team whilst maintaining a really sensible work/life balance.
