Back to vacancies

Our client is a US based professional services company with a global presence.  They are looking to recruit their first employment lawyer to join the London legal team, reporting into the European GC and working very closely with the global employment team.

Mostly focused on UK, Europe and APAC, your varied remit will cover the full spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.  With responsibility for both day to day and strategic issues; you will be involved in hiring, dismissals, redundancy processes, performance management, discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, right-to-work and immigration matters, workplace policies, and employee relations.

This exciting and challenging role will suit a commercially minded UK qualified employment lawyer with at least 8 years’ pqe.  With strong technical and communication skills, you will be very practical in style and possess the confidence to navigate through a wide range of scenarios.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer looking for varied high quality work within a supportive team environment.
