This mid-sized international banking group has retained an innovative and entrepreneurial approach as they have grown. They are currently looking to recruit a mid-level Employment lawyer to join the well regarded legal team, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Sitting with the close-knit legal team and continually interacting with ER and HR, your varied role will span both contentious and non-contentious matters. This will suit an Employment lawyer with a practical, pragmatic approach and at least 3 years’ pqe including a good law firm training. Previous exposure to restructures and/or redundancies would be beneficial. You will be commercially minded enough to use your technical expertise and judgement to make sound decisions with the communication skills to forge strong relationships with your key stakeholders from day one.
This is a great first move in-house for an Employment specialist giving you the opportunity to gain high quality in-house experience within a supportive environment.
Our client is committed to flexible working and although this role will be based out of the London office they are happy to consider candidates from other geographical locations in the UK who would be home-based with 1 or 2 days in the office per week.
