A vacancy has arisen for a junior-mid level funds lawyer to join the expanding legal team at a high growth fintech which has spun out of a larger fund manager. Your role will focus on supporting the asset management side of the business in particular managing the legal and regulatory lifecycle of a UCITS fund and providing strategic legal advice to the investment managers and the board.
With circa 1-4 years’ pqe and a good grounding in UCITS and/or SICAVs as well as MiFID II, you will have an analytic mind and strong attention to detail. This is a great first move in-house for a funds lawyer in private practice or could also suit a lawyer trained in-house at a traditional asset manager now looking for a faster moving, more entrepreneurial environment.
