This New York based financial institution is looking to recruit a new lawyer into the London legal team to play a key role in supporting the business in the EU and UK. You will advise on sophisticated legal and regulatory matters, drive business outcomes, and help shape the future of financial markets.

This role will suit a UK qualified lawyer with experience of working in-house in a bank or comparable financial institution, although this could be as a secondment from private practice.  You will be keen to join a smaller more nimble organisation where you can really make an impact. With both financial services regulatory and commercial contracts experience you will be a strong communicator with well-developed drafting skills and an analytical approach.  Prior exposure to securities law will benefit your application.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities and is able to adapt to evolving legal and business challenges.
