In-house Lawyer, Property Finance
A vacancy has arisen for a lawyer to perform a pure real estate finance role in-house at a bank, with genuine 9-5 hours and an attractive bonus structure.
Our client is the London branch of a major international banking group. They are looking to hire a real estate finance lawyer to join the small high calibre legal team.
You will work exclusively on real estate finance, sharing the transactional workload with the team’s senior lawyer, drafting and negotiating facility and security documentation, running deals from start to finish, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank.
We are looking for a solicitor with circa 2 to 4 years’ PQE who has drafted and run real estate finance transactions end to end, most likely under supervision. You will know what matters on a deal, be comfortable raising questions, and be personable, proud of your work and keen to build relationships.
The team moves quickly and keeps its standards high. Hours are a realistic 9 to 5, with 1-2 days in the office which makes this a realistic option for candidates based outside London as well as London based lawyers looking for challenging business facing work coupled with a sensible work life balance.
