An exciting opportunity for a bright and motivated lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join a high-growth, forward-thinking fintech business as Legal Counsel. Working closely with an experienced Head of Legal and wider legal team, this role offers exceptional exposure and the chance to make a tangible impact within a fast-moving environment.

The role:
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology and marketing contracts.
• Supporting product and partnership initiatives across the business.
• Advising on customer terms, regulatory queries and general legal matters.
• Assisting with process improvements and implementation of legal technology.

The candidate:
• Qualified solicitor (2-4 PQE) with strong commercial contracts experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic, solutions-driven and eager to learn.
• Strong law firm training with prior in-house experience advantageous.
