Our client is a substantial US asset management house with a strong global presence. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level lawyer to take on a very varied international role spanning complex commercial agreements, outsourcing, market data and technology work.
With at least 4 years’ pqe you will have a strong technical background from a well-regarded law firm and be keen to take on a challenging role offering autonomy and responsibility yet within a supportive environment. You will have a good grounding in drafting and negotiating tech contract as well as complex general commercial contracts including cloud outsourcing agreements. Prior exposure and/or an interest in market data will really benefit your application.
Equally important is the personality fit; you will be bright, confident and personable with strong communication skills and a business focused approach.
