Our client is seeking a talented Derivatives Lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, gained at a well regarded law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in derivatives and trading. You will be responsible for advising the business directly on legal and regulatory issues affecting financial instruments, including OTC derivatives, securities, and prime brokerage. Your ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and provide sound, strategic advice will be crucial. Our client is looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also proactive and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

This is a great role for a commercially minded derivatives/trading lawyer looking to make their first move in-house.
